How to Remove a Tick
To correctly and carefully remove a tick, you are required to find a fined tipped tweezer. This will be the tool you use to pull the tick out. To prevent the tick's head from staying in your body, grasp the tick as close to your skin as possible, then carefully pull the tick out. After you removed the tick, put it in a sealed bag or in alcohol for a long period of time. Then you have to clean the bite area with rubbing alcohol, an iodine scrub, or soap and water. Once you take it out you should bring the tick to your doctor, healthcare professional, or local public health unit for testing to see if it has Lyme disease.
